This coastal chaise lounge was inspired by woven rattan designs found throughout Southeast Asia. The design intent for this project was to offer a coastal/bohemian aesthetic while exploring new manufacturing techniques and materials. This lounge features an aluminum frame with woven resin wicker details and a removable UV and water-resistant Olefin fabric seat cushion.
